American doctors that disagree with this law are free to find work elsewhere and will be replaced by foreign health care professionals that still think America is a good place to live and work. European style socialism is inevitable in America sooner or later given the decline in the middle class, low wages with lack of benefits and high chronic unemployment, just the way it is, you can fight it but "resistance is futile, you will be assimilated"...

The US is in an appalling condition, 17% of the population are now described as "food insecure" which means that in any given year there is not enough food on the kitchen table to go around.
50 million Americans have no access to affordable healthcare. Social security for the elderly is being cut. So is medicare. There is now even talk that the VA is going to get privatized.
Public schools are dreadful and a college education is simply out of the financial reach of many. Unemployment stands at 9.8% (that's the official figure - the real figure is closer to 16%)
Life expectancy continues to fall and the infant mortality rate is higher than El Salvador.
Home ownership is not much higher today than it was in 1960 and its set to continue falling - not surprising since with millions in some stage of foreclosure.
The middle classes are rapidly becoming the new working classes and what's left of the working classes are being crushed into the gutter. You can thank an out-of-control corporate America for that - made possible by greedy congressmen and filthy bastard lobbyists who have conspired to roll back the very regulations that kept everybody from being steamrollered. They won't be happy until they turn the clock back to 1820.
There are no opportunities for "entrepreneurship" That, and the "American Dream" is bullcrap and long gone. Mom and Pop no longer own the neighborhood store - Mom is now bagging groceries in Winn Dixie while Pop is a "greeter" in WalMart. They're both 70 and should be enjoying a well deserved retirement but never mind...
