Digital Overload; Technology makes life more complex rather than simplified, stress related physical health issues

Smart devices, endless notifications, and constant connectivity create digital overload. People face decision fatigue, privacy worries, and the pressure to always be available, which turns tools meant to save time into sources of stress.

As an example" YouTube Shorts does not show a normal timeline or progress bar by default on desktop computers, forcing users to squint or zoom out the whole web page just to scrub through a short video. Or you have to into settings using the zoom function to get the timeline bar.

This is what I've found so annoying about YouTube, TikTok etc. Video 'shorts' do not allow the timeline bar to be available by default watching on a laptop/desktop computer. On Windows I have to go into settings and reduce the size using the zoom tool just to get the timeline bar. The 'short' feature should be fixed or removed, technology supposedly making life simpler is doing just the opposite.
