Xanax for Breakfast, Ice cream for Lunch

I've just started creating an ebook regarding aging, now 71, surviving as a US expat living alone in Thailand, a 2 time stroke survivor, I've lost 50 lbs in the last year. Hospitalized last December 2025 (2nd stroke)

I'm now dealing with Central Post-Stroke Pain (CPSP) Syndrome, caused by brain damage that misinterprets signals causing heart palpitations also associated with general anxiety disorder (hence Xanax and insomnia) a separate cardiac issue that can be triggered by stress, medication or heart rhythm problems.(I'm on 7 different meds). Also chronic IBS-C (thank you Miralax a lifesaver), dental issues for the last 6 years including 6 implants 4 failed root canals, chronic molar tooth mystery pain for the last 3 years that multiple dentists could not diagnose and finally my neurologist prescribed medication to repair nerve damage and I'm healing thank you Dr Niyom Bangkok hospital Pattaya Thailand... Not to mention my degenerative spine issues with a herniated L5 S1 disc injury from 2012.

Now I'm finally gaining weight, getting my appetite back exercising and I want to live!
